Warranty Terms

Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered under the warranty of the manufacturing company. To ensure the validity of the warranty, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product, and have the delivery personnel issue a damage report. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design will void the warranty.

Product Return Policy

If a product purchased from our site is found to be defective, you must contact us via our online support section within 7 days of the delivery date. After notifying us, you may return the defective product through a shipping carrier, and it will be replaced with a new one. If the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Return and exchange conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

Under our return policy, returns for standard products are accepted within 14 days, and the return shipping fee is covered by us. There is no restocking fee, and we do not classify any items as final sale. However, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
