Delivery Terms

All selected products will be delivered to you by our partner, Yurtiçi Kargo. You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. If any of the selected products are out of stock or if there is an estimated supply time, you will also be notified via email.

Confirmed orders are delivered to your address within 48 hours after the order is received, starting from 2:00 PM on the same day, through Yurtiçi Kargo. In certain regions, delivery times may exceed the 48-hour timeframe due to extreme weather conditions or transportation issues. However, in major cities, delivery is generally completed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 9:00 AM on Friday and throughout the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Unless otherwise specified, shipping fees for purchases made on www.lordtshirt.com are covered by us. You do not need to make any payment upon receiving your package. The cash-on-delivery fee is not included in the shipping fee. This fee is charged by the shipping company for bringing your product to your door and collecting payment on-site.

When the shipment arrives, please inspect it in the presence of the delivery agent. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept it, and have a damage report issued by the shipping company. Once you accept the package, it will be considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty, and you will forfeit your right to dispute any issues with the product.

Please note that any damages, breakages, or similar issues that arise after the delivery agent has completed their duties will be the customer's responsibility and will invalidate any return or defect claims.
