RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You can return the products you have purchased (provided they are undamaged) to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, along with your invoice.

For returns and exchanges, products must be sent to us via Yurtiçi Kargo. Before returning, we must request the Yurtiçi Kargo Agreement Code from our company, and the products must be sent as agreed upon. Shipments sent with a different cargo company or outside of the agreement cannot be accepted.
