For returns and exchanges, products must be sent to us via Yurtiçi Kargo. Before sending back, the Yurtiçi Kargo Agreement Code must be requested from our company and the products must be sent as agreed. Cargo sent by a different cargo company and outside the agreement cannot be accepted.
